For our client, yellowshark AG is looking for an experienced specialist who specialises in the precise machining of demanding workpieces. A modern machine park, versatile manufacturing orders and a high degree of personal responsibility characterise this position.
- Manufacturing of demanding precision components in single-part production as well as in small and medium series
- Independent supervision of the workpieces from raw material to finished component
- Taking over, adapting and optimising existing CNC programmes
- Ensuring efficient machine running times and compliance with the required quality standards
- Close cooperation with technical work preparation and adjacent production areas
- Professional experience in CNC milling, especially on multi-axis machining centres
- Good knowledge in operating and setting up CNC machines
- Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings as well as a strong quality awareness
- Knowledge of CAM programming is an advantage
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style with high initiative
- Fluent German skills as well as a team-oriented and resilient personality

Tasks
- Independent setup and operation of modern CNC machines with multiple machining axes- Manufacturing of demanding precision components in single-part production as well as in small and medium series
- Independent supervision of the workpieces from raw material to finished component

Profile
- Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, toolmaker EFZ or a comparable technical training with corresponding experience in CNC manufacturing- Professional experience in CNC milling, especially on multi-axis machining centres
- Good knowledge in operating and setting up CNC machines
- Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings as well as a strong quality awareness
- Knowledge of CAM programming is an advantage
