Are you a proactive personality who wants to actively develop production sites as a business partner? Our client, an internationally operating company, is looking for an experienced individual to design a group-wide production controlling standard. The role includes harmonising calculation logics, analysing cost drivers, and strategically supporting plant management on efficiency and productivity issues.
- Analysing deviations and developing clear recommendations for action
- Business partner function for plant management on cost and efficiency topics
- Co-designing budget, forecast, and medium-term planning of the plants
- Evaluating investments and make-or-buy decisions using profitability analyses
- At least five years of experience in production controlling or comparable
- Very good SAP knowledge, ideally S/4HANA, as well as MS Excel
- Very good German skills and good English skills required
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Dynamic production environment with exciting challenges instead of routine
- Short decision-making paths, flat hierarchies, and genuine scope for design
- Flexible working models including home office option after familiarisation

- Degree or further training in controlling, business administration, or finance- At least five years of experience in production controlling or comparable
