Consultant Real Estate (100%)
Main Responsibilities
- Support in identifying and evaluating strategic locations as well as growth opportunities
- Participation in market analyses and the preparation of decision-making bases
- Support in the development and follow-up of real estate projects
- Close collaboration with Asset Management to optimise the existing real estate portfolio
- Preparation of presentations and documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Support in lease contract negotiations as well as in the preparation and processing of contract documentation
- Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners
What you bring to this position
- Completed studies in real estate, finance, business administration or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in the real estate sector
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- An established network in the real estate industry of the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Solid experience in negotiating, drafting and finalising contracts and agreements with business partners
- Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Strong team and communication skills
- German at a negotiation level; knowledge of French is an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland
