As the Head of Technical Services, you will take responsibility for a diverse team in the areas of electrical engineering, building technology, painting, gardening, and logistics. You will structure processes, set standards, and ensure that our internal customers can rely on a reliable, modern, and service-oriented technical operation.

Your area of responsibility:
- Structuring and organizing the Technical Services department (15 employees in the electrical sector, building technology, painting, gardening, and logistics)
- Coordination/disposition of internal customers, external companies, and employees
- Disposition and prioritization of orders while fulfilling the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in the internal ticket system "Xurrent", including the creation of reports and their further billing
- Triage between maintenance and repair work
- Control of completed work, ensuring the technically correct fulfillment of orders as well as the billed hours
- Further development and professionalization of the department (processes and standards)
- Responsibility for the cost center regarding budget and profit accounting
- Taking on on-call duty (about 5 times a year)
- Performing the tasks as the occupational safety officer of the department

- Driving the implementation of the ZFV sustainability and environmental strategy
- Leading/participating in regular departmental meetings
- Recruiting new employees in collaboration with the People & Culture department
Your strengths:
- Basic training as a skilled worker in a technical/craft profession or another profession related to construction (e.g., as a building draftsman or building services planner)
- Further education in construction or facility management
- 5-10 years of professional experience in a similar position with leadership experience
- Experience in building maintenance, building technology, and building automation
- Experience in optimizing processes and workflows
- Good IT skills – Abacus and MS Office
- Good oral and written German skills
