For our Volg branch in Meierskappel, we are immediately looking for a motivated, independent, and responsible personality for the position of store manager.
Essentially, you are responsible for the following activities
- Always fresh and friendly advice and support for our customers
- You lead your store staff and are responsible for the duty rosters
- Optimal inventory management and ordering of sales and promotional goods
- Ensuring concept-compliant and appealing product presentation
- Various administrative tasks
- Budget and key figure responsibility
The ideal profile includes
- Basic training in retail with a federal diploma (EFZ) is mandatory
- Enjoys working in a small team
- High independence and self-management
