Customer Service Representative Construction Machinery 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Technical support for the workshop as a second point of contact for technical queries

• Complete processing and handling of warranty cases

• Independent calculation of special builds and individual adaptations to construction machinery

• Obtaining and comparing offers from various suppliers

• Creation and ongoing maintenance of technical documents and documentation

• Close cooperation with all branches in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and Romandy

• Regular exchange with partner companies at home and abroad

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical basic training in the field of construction machinery, agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles or small equipment

• Professional experience and know-how from the construction machinery sector

• Service mindset as well as organisational and coordination skills

• Team orientation, resilience and sense of responsibility

• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP knowledge

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form

• French, Italian or English an advantage
