Process Engineer Injection Moulding Technology 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In your role as a Process Engineer for Injection Moulding Technology, with a focus on analysis & optimisation, you are responsible for the sampling of injection moulding tools as well as the sustainable optimisation and stabilisation of processes in a technically demanding environment. This particularly includes the following activities:

• Responsibility for process engineering processes within injection moulding production

• Management of sub-projects to increase process stability and efficiency regarding tools, processes and machines

• Documentation, analysis and interpretation of process data and procedures

• Close collaboration with production, tool manufacturers and surrounding specialist departments

• Technical support for production and specialist departments - through active knowledge transfer and operational support in day-to-day business

What do I need to be successful?

The professional requirement for this exciting position is a completed training as a plastics technologist or a general technical qualification (e.g. Technician HF) at a higher technical college as well as several years of professional experience in the injection moulding sector. In addition, you are characterised by the following qualities and skills:

• Strong technical understanding and analytical thinking skills

• Project-oriented working method and the ability to manage optimisation measures

• Data affinity and confident handling of measuring and analysis systems

• High communication skills to convey technical content understandably at various levels

• Independent and structured way of working

• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (C1)
