About the job

• You manage defined areas holistically and competently advise managers on all operational and strategic HR topics. 
• As a sparring partner on equal footing, you support questions around leadership, collaboration, organization, and culture. 
• You conduct and accompany demanding personnel discussions – from conflict situations to case management – professionally and solution-oriented. 
• You actively contribute to HR projects and provide impulses for the further development of our processes and tools. 
• In workshops and meetings on HR topics, you appear confident, moderate in a structured way, and promote dialogue. 
• You are the first contact person for our trainers: You advise them professionally, strengthen them in their role, and ensure high-quality training together with them. 
• You accompany our apprentices during their training period with sensitivity and clarity – even in demanding situations, you find viable solutions. 

• You have an HR specialist certificate or a comparable education and bring around 4–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a similar environment. 
• You are an implementation-strong personality and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics. 
• With high personal responsibility, pronounced communication skills, and commitment, you convince at all levels. 
• You appear confident, bring a healthy dose of humor, and know how to inspire people. 
• You speak fluent German, have very good MS Office skills, and also feel confident in occasional conversations in English or French. 
• A versatile range of tasks motivates you; you want to actively shape, take responsibility, and make a sustainable impact. 
• Experience in recruiting, developing, and supporting apprentices – ideally in a larger company – is an advantage. 
• You enjoy working with young people – and have the necessary resilience to act clearly, empathetically, and solution-oriented even in sensitive conversations.
