the HFR, a
Interventional Cardiology Nurse
Your mission:
- welcome and prepare patients undergoing an interventional cardiology procedure
- prepare the equipment while respecting sterility criteria
- assist and instrument the cardiologist during the procedure
- monitor, support and inform patients during the intervention
- ensure computer documentation as well as billing of the procedure
- provide on-call duties at home (night and weekend) for emergency procedures (arrival time at HFR Fribourg, 20 minutes)
- collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for the smooth running of the service
- commit to the organisation and continuous improvement of the service
Your profile:
- minimum 2 years experience in acute care essential
- experience in catheterisation lab or cardiology is an additional asset
- strong interest in modern investigation and treatment technologies in cardiology
- ability to react quickly to unstable situations
- very good stress resistance
- good physical constitution (wearing lead apron)
- ability to collaborate and work in a multidisciplinary team
- good command of common IT tools
- dynamic and autonomous
- proficiency in French or German, with good knowledge of the partner language
