What is my role?
Independent planning and execution of maintenance work on various types of elevators according to the maintenance schedule
Professional fault diagnosis using modern diagnostic devices and efficient troubleshooting on different systems
Proper repairs and maintenance measures to ensure operational safety
Taking on on-call duties (standby service) for 24/7 emergency availability
Competent customer communication on site and documentation of the work performed
Careful preparation of service reports after each assignment
Collaboration with internal teams for problem-solving and process improvement
Compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
What do I need to be successful?
Successfully completed vocational training in mechanical, electrical or hydraulic fields (for example as a polymechanic, automotive mechanic, plant and apparatus builder or electrician)
Several years of professional experience, ideally with direct customer contact and service orientation
Strong technical understanding and the ability to systematically analyse and solve complex problems
Professional appearance, impeccable manners and customer-oriented communication style
High willingness to learn and motivation to continuously familiarise yourself with new technologies and systems
Good knowledge of the local language spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage for international customers
Independent, reliable and structured way of working
Resilience and flexibility for deployment in on-call service
Valid driving licence category B - this is essential for daily work
Teamwork skills and at the same time the competence to act independently
