• You are the contact person and advisor for employees and managers on personnel and labour law issues
• You contribute to the further development and optimisation of our HR processes
• You support administrative and organisational HR topics in day-to-day business
• You are open to new topics and flexibly engage in various HR tasks

You inspire us – your profile

• You have completed training or further education in the HR field as well as several years of professional experience in human resources
• You are strong in communication, enjoy working with people, and like working in a team
• You have very good German skills as well as good French skills; knowledge of Italian and English is an advantage
• Commitment, reliability, and a quick grasp characterise you
• You are proficient in the common MS Office applications; ideally, you also have experience with HR systems such as SAP HCM and Workday
