Watch Assembly Operator

As part of recruitment for several companies in the watchmaking sector, we are looking for operators specialised in assembling watch components.

Your tasks

After a period of induction and training for the role, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling watch components according to established instructions and procedures;
• Performing precise and repetitive manual operations;
• Using tools and equipment suited to the different stages of assembly;
• Carrying out a visual self-inspection of your work;
• Identifying and reporting any non-conformities;
• Adhering to quality, precision and productivity requirements;
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation;
• Applying safety instructions and internal procedures.

Your profile

This opportunity is open to people with experience in the following fields:

• Watchmaking;
• Medical;
• Electronics;
• Aeronautics;
• Automotive;
• Jewellery;
• Dressmaking or tailoring;
• More generally, any industrial environment requiring meticulousness and precision.

Do you not yet have experience in watchmaking? Profiles wishing to retrain are also welcome. Your motivation, ability to learn and dexterity will be particularly appreciated.
