For our location in Rheinfelden we are looking for a motivated
Strategic Production and Operations Planner (m/f/d) 100%
Our requirements:
- Completed technical vocational training in the field of mechanics, electrical engineering or metal construction
- Further training as team leader, workshop manager, industrial foreman or technician
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Knowledge of occupational safety, quality management and production planning
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution competence
- Organisational talent, flexibility and resilience
- Confident handling of MS Office and enthusiasm for digital assembly
Your main tasks:
- Optimising workflows/processes/work plans
- Capacity management and monitoring of relevant KPIs: utilisation, productivity, OTD and target/actual hours
- Link between project management, service, purchasing and production
- Creating and maintaining project plans and work plans in consultation with production and project managers (adjusting shifts, optimisations, dates and times)
- Assigning work requirements in collaboration with the assembly team leader
- Shortage management
- Creating production orders (parts, machines, repairs, etc.)
- Activating, releasing and granting setup approvals for bills of materials
- Supervising machine orders
