About the job

• you conduct training, counselling and support (T1DM, T2DM, GDM, specific forms of diabetes) in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• you organise the diabetology and endocrinology consultation hours
• you ensure interprofessional collaboration with medical services, nursing, nutritional counselling, home care and nursing homes
• you are active in health promotion and health prevention
• you contribute to diabetes quality assurance
• you instruct and support people with continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and/or insulin pumps
• you organise and conduct training/continuing education for nursing staff and assistant doctors

• you have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH with additional training in diabetes care HöFa 1/DAS/HFP
• you have organisational skills and value teamwork
• you are characterised by your flexibility and independent working style
• you convince with high professional and social competence
