In the heart of Bern's old town, The BEEF Steakhouse & Bar invites you to refined dining. The modern and stylishly furnished restaurant has a sports bar with lounge and a bistro with a total of 90 seats on the ground floor. On the first floor is the elegant steakhouse, which offers space for 50 guests. Sportgastro AG is a sister company of SCB Eishockey AG. We are looking for a Commis de Cuisine from October 1, 2025
You bring with you
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ or EBA
- Good knowledge of German and English, additional languages are an advantage
- Creativity and passion for the culinary arts
- Stress resistance: organized, independent and keep an overview even in hectic times
Your tasks are
- In the absence of the Chef de Partie - independently managing a station in à la carte and banquet business
- General mise en place tasks, production and preparation
- Ensuring order and cleanliness as well as general cleaning tasks
- Fair and modern conditions
