Head of Taxation (m/f/d)

Employees take on responsible tasks directly related to public life and work closely with internal departments, authorities, political bodies, and the public.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for leading the tax department, ensuring both professional as well as personnel and organisational management.
You handle tax assessments for individuals and self-employed persons and are responsible for the associated professional processes.
You take responsibility for the property valuation system and also handle special tax cases such as additional taxes, liquidation gains, and property gains.
In exchange with cantonal authorities and other specialised offices, you ensure smooth collaboration and support the professional development of apprentices.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education, preferably in the public administration environment, complemented by the CAS II Professional Competence for Tax Specialists or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of experience in the tax field and have already taken responsibility for employees or a specialist area.
Independent working, a high sense of responsibility and reliability are among your strengths.
With your communicative and confident manner, you present yourself assuredly to citizens, authorities, and other contacts.
Fluent written and spoken German.
