IT System Engineer

Your field of activity

• You administer and support our Microsoft 365 environment with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online as well as Active Directory and take over identity and access management
• The support and monitoring of our endpoint, security, backup and virtualisation solutions with Microsoft Defender, Arctic Wolf and other platforms is your responsibility, in close cooperation with our external IT partners
• Together with the team, you ensure the operation and further development of our network infrastructure based on Cisco technologies and the Cisco Catalyst Center
• You actively contribute your know-how to infrastructure, digitalisation and technology projects and participate in the further development of our ServiceNow platform as well as our IT processes
• As a technical contact point in 2nd level support, you analyse and resolve faults, support our employees with technical questions and coordinate complex issues with external IT partners and manufacturers in 3rd level support
• Your varied working day is rounded off by creating and maintaining technical documentation and standards as well as occasional assignments in the IT hotline, support and on-call service

Your foundation

• You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ platform development or a comparable qualification and have at least three years of professional experience in system technology or system engineering
• You are very familiar with the Microsoft environment and have good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and Exchange Online
• Experience in client and endpoint management is also part of your professional toolkit, as are ideally knowledge of VMware, Veeam and network technologies
• You are familiar with Cisco network technologies and the Cisco Catalyst Center or motivated to develop further in this environment
• IT security topics such as Microsoft Defender or comparable solutions interest you and you follow current developments with curiosity
• An analytical mindset, a structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of personal responsibility characterise you
• Team spirit, helpfulness and the joy of exchanging ideas with internal customers make you a valued contact person
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
