The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.

Residential Group Leader 80 - 100%

Your tasks:
- Active participation in all areas of the residential group (care, nursing and leisure activities)
- Support, promotion and care of adults with autism spectrum disorder and behavioural difficulties
- Responsibility for the daily routine and development opportunities of the residents
- Administrative and personnel management of a team of around eight employees
- Collaboration with relatives and professionals
- Support for trainees and interns
- Participation in project and working groups
What you bring:
- Completed training, preferably in the field of people with disabilities, social pedagogy, curative/psychiatric nursing or in the nursing sector
- Leadership experience in the social or nursing sector
- Resilience and organisational skills in demanding situations
- Flexibility and humour
- Team- and solution-oriented working style
- Exchange and networking within the management
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts
