Contribute
- Accompany, support and qualify FaGe apprentices and NDS Emergency Care students in the diverse environment of the emergency centre
- Plan, design and evaluate competence-oriented learning processes including progress discussions, competence assessments and practical final exams
- Support and advise the nursing team in accompanying apprentices and students as well as ensuring high-quality training
- Active participation in shared leadership as well as co-designing projects and the further development of the emergency centre
- Work in clinical emergency care as a Certified Emergency Expert NDS HF
Bring
- Diploma as Certified Emergency Expert NDS HF or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland, as well as professional experience in emergency care
- SVEB Certificate Trainer Level 1 or willingness to obtain it
- Knowledge of the Swiss education system in healthcare
- Enjoyment in accompanying and developing FaGe apprentices and NDS Emergency Care students as well as strong communication skills and empathy
- Independent and structured working style, enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration, motivation to take responsibility and actively help shape the emergency centre
