Your main tasks are
- Ensuring professional and holistic care and nursing of our residents during the day (all shifts; working hours: 07:00 to 22:00)
- Recognising individual needs of our residents as well as timely identification of emergency situations and acting accordingly
- Participation in quality assurance and support in the further development of care quality
- Ensuring competent and seamless management of electronic care documentation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration, also with other professional groups
You have
- Completed training as HF/FH (Level III) or equivalent, Swiss-recognised qualification
- Professional experience, preferably in long-term care
- Great motivation and joy in working with elderly people
- High social and professional competence
- Independent, responsible working style
- Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to undertake specific further training
- Ability to reflect
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- IT affinity
Alterszentrum Schiffländi Gränichen offers a home to around 100 residents across 3 residential buildings. One of the goals is to maintain and promote the autonomy of the residents for as long as possible.
