The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.
From September 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a position at the Schönenbüel residential home in Teufen:
Care Specialist Night Watch 40%
Your tasks:
- You work as a night watch at the Schönenbüel residential home (43 residents in 5 living groups) and ensure safety standards during the night
Your profile:
- Completed training, preferably in the field of people with disabilities, social pedagogy, curative education/psychiatric nursing or in the nursing sector
- Preferably experience in night shifts
- High resilience and flexibility
