Customer Service Advisor Automotive (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

Your tasks:

• Consulting and support of our customers for maintenance and repair work
• Close cooperation with our importer
• Order opening, scheduling and invoicing
• Preparation of offers
• Clarification of feasibility in cooperation with the workshop
• Input and processing of warranty claims
• Assumption of additional administrative tasks (e.g. invoicing, cash management, extended warranties)

Your profile:

• Completed training as an automotive specialist or automotive mechatronics technician with commercial further education
• Several years of experience as a customer service advisor in the automotive industry, ideally with the brands BMW and MINI
• Well-groomed appearance, high service orientation and very good manners
• Enjoyment of organizational tasks and teamwork
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
