Production Mechanic/CNC Milling Operator (m/f/d)
Operate CNC machines: Independently set up, load and operate modern CNC milling centres.
· Heidenhain control: Optimise and adjust CNC programmes directly on the Heidenhain control.
· Quality control: Continuous inspection of manufactured workpieces using common measuring instruments according to drawing specifications.
· Maintenance & care: Perform simple maintenance and cleaning tasks on production equipment.
· Process optimisation: Actively participate in improving manufacturing processes and tool usage.
Training: Successfully completed apprenticeship as a Production Mechanic EFZ, Polymechanic EFZ or an equivalent qualification specialising in manufacturing.
· Experience: Solid professional experience in CNC milling technology and machining production.
· Knowledge: Confident handling of Heidenhain controls as well as routine in reading technical drawings.
· Working method: Precise, quality-conscious and independent working style as well as pronounced technical understanding.
· Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
· Languages: Good German skills, both spoken and written.
