Your tasks- Inspection of all assigned guest rooms on arrival and departure days
- Responsibility for room release after successful inspection
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene according to our hotel standards
- Active participation in daily housekeeping operations as needed
- Inspection of public areas as well as back-of-house zones
- Reporting damages or technical defects to the responsible department
- Close cooperation with reception and facility management to optimize processes
- Support of the housekeeper in duty roster planning and organization
- Assistance in onboarding new colleagues and promoting team spirit
- Professional experience in this or a similar position in housekeeping
- Strong quality and hygiene awareness as well as an eye for detail
- Proactive, responsible action and thinking in the interest of the hotel
- Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Enjoy working with people – both in the team and in guest contact
