- Setup, maintenance, and optimisation of networks and firewalls
- Technical support for traffic-related applications and users
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows, Linux, and virtualised system environments
- Support of software releases and creation of technical documentation
- Execution of regular system and security updates
- Participation in IT projects and implementation of new technical solutions
- Confident handling of Linux and Windows systems and solid knowledge of network technologies
- Willingness to familiarise oneself with traffic-related applications and to engage in continuous learning
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as a category B driving licence
- Experience in IT support or system administration is an advantage
- Team player with strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- Independent analysis and resolution of technical faults both on-site and via remote access- Setup, maintenance, and optimisation of networks and firewalls
- Technical support for traffic-related applications and users
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows, Linux, and virtualised system environments
- Support of software releases and creation of technical documentation
- Execution of regular system and security updates

Profile
- Completed training in computer science or engineering, as well as additional IT further education- Confident handling of Linux and Windows systems and solid knowledge of network technologies
- Willingness to familiarise oneself with traffic-related applications and to engage in continuous learning
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as a category B driving licence
- Experience in IT support or system administration is an advantage
