We are looking for an innovative and responsible personality for our Tagesstern Seuzach, location Schneckenwiese from August 18.
2025 or by arrangement.
The Tagesstern Seuzach GmbH offers children from kindergarten to the end of
primary school at 5 locations a pedagogically optimal school supplementary
care option. It belongs to the kidéal group, which offers a comprehensive
service catalog in the field of childcare and operates over 25 of its own businesses in the regions of Zurich,
Aargau, and Basel.
In the role of site management, you will lead the location and implement the kidéal philosophy. You are responsible for the professional, organizational, and personnel management of your
location. You will be accompanied and supported by the pedagogical management.
Your working hours:
Monday from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Tuesday from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM; plus 3 hours of admin time per week
Thursday from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Your tasks
Main responsibility for the well-being of the children at your location
The coordination of the pedagogical and organizational work of the employees
at your location
Leading the location while adhering to pedagogical norms and values
Contact person for the parents of your location
Co-responsibility for the planning and coordination of educational, educational, and care work
Your qualifications
(Social) pedagogical basic training
Professional experience in the field of childcare
Independent and efficient working style
Team ability and flexibility
High service awareness
Business thinking
Trainer course or willingness to complete it
