Specialist Quality Management (m/f/d)

Management of the complaint process including internal/external cases and follow-up of measures
Implementation and evaluation of fault corrections in cooperation with specialist departments
Preparation of 8D reports, assessments, and technical statements
Evaluation of audit results and implementation of appropriate corrective actions
Participation in audits (internal, suppliers, certifications) and in the further development of quality processes
Qualifications:
Technical training in the field of mechanics or electrical engineering
Further education in quality management (HF, FH or similar)
Fluent in German and English
Proficient in MS Office, basic knowledge of ERP systems advantageous
Analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and willingness to travel
