We are creating a new position for an experienced all-rounder / carpenter (m/f/d) who plans, coordinates and actively participates in our internal new build, conversion and renovation projects.

Your varied tasks
- You plan, coordinate and oversee our internal new build, conversion and renovation projects
- You organise the work on our construction sites, coordinate external craftsmen and suppliers and actively assist when required
- All-rounder activities in various areas of responsibility
- You carry out general maintenance, repair and upkeep work on our properties
- You organise materials and resources for the projects
- You document your work digitally and contribute your own ideas to optimise our processes
Your profile
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Professional experience in the craft sector; training is an advantage
- Independent, responsible and organised way of working
- Enjoyment in coordinating projects and practical involvement
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Driving licence category B (BE advantageous)
