You are a qualified nurse and wish to practise your profession with flexibility while joining teams recognised for the quality of their services?

Samsic Emploi is recruiting Nurses (M/F) for temporary assignments with its key partners in home care in the Lausanne region.

Your mission

Within multidisciplinary teams, you ensure the comprehensive care of beneficiaries at their homes. Thanks to your expertise, you contribute to maintaining their autonomy and the quality of care provided.

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Assess the needs of beneficiaries and plan nursing care.
• Perform technical care and prescribed treatments in accordance with best practices.
• Ensure clinical follow-up of patients and adapt interventions according to the evolution of their health status.
• Coordinate care with various stakeholders (doctors, ASSC, health auxiliaries and other professionals).
• Advise, support and assist beneficiaries and their relatives.
• Guarantee rigorous traceability of care and ensure transmissions in the electronic care record.
• Ensure compliance with care protocols, hygiene, safety and confidentiality rules.

Your profile

• Bachelor HES in nursing, ES nurse diploma or foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Experience in home care is a real asset.
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigour and an excellent sense of responsibility.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team.
• You are able to manage priorities and make decisions independently.
• You are comfortable with IT tools and care documentation.
• Driving licence and personal vehicle essential for travel between homes.
