Your Tasks
- As the Head of District East, you will be responsible for the personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of around 24 employees.
- You actively participate in briefings and debriefings around municipal events, contributing to their successful implementation.
- You will lead or work on projects, for example, in the context of digital transformation.
- You will contribute to the development of concepts in a specialist or subject area and participate in budget planning as well as ongoing cost control.
- For the city of Lucerne, you will provide on-call, standby, and weekend services.
- You will engage in the training of apprentices.
- Additionally, you will take on administrative tasks, such as those related to work and schedule planning, inventory and material management, etc.
Your Profile
- You have a vocational training certificate (EFZ) and job-specific further training (e.g., master’s examination, federal diploma).
- You have completed leadership training and already bring solid experience in leading a team.
- Resilience, reliability, and a confident demeanor in public characterize you.
- You possess teamwork skills and convince with a high degree of flexibility and independent work.
- Your high social competence and your clear and appreciative communication make you a sought-after contact person.
- You are motivated to develop personally and professionally and actively contribute to the development of the department.
- A driving license of category B rounds off your profile.
