- Strong communication skills and initiative are essential.
- Fluency in German and French is a plus.

About the job
What you bring:
- Experience in purchasing and/or project management
- Knowledge of public procurement law
- Initiative, entrepreneurial mindset
- High communication skills
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- IT background is an advantage
- Good German and French skills
What you will do with us:
- Independent execution (project management) of procurements in compliance with BöB/VöB/IVöB:
- Preparation of legally compliant and economical tender documents
- Supporting clients in the evaluation of offers
- Preparation of reports and decrees
- Organisation and conduct of workshops and presentations
- Management of electronic tools (simap.ch, DecisionAdvisor; SuisseOffer)
- Collaboration with the responsible project managers and specialists of clients
