About the job
In the heart of the city of Zurich, the residential homes in Seefeld offer living and life space at various locations for adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities. For the Mainaustrasse location, we are looking for a team leader from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement
Team Leader Care (80-90%)
Your tasks:
- Independent management of a residential group in all professional and organisational matters
- Accompanying, supporting and promoting residents with multiple disabilities
- Communication with legal representatives, relatives and medical professionals
- Leading a (small) team
- Responsibility for client and group administration
Your profile:
- Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
- Completed training as FABE/FAGE or nursing professional
- Team leader training, or willingness to complete it
- Leadership experience in a social or nursing environment
- Ability to learn, manage conflicts, and work in a team
- Organisational skills and independent working style
- Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
- Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience and humour
