As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a Machine Operator: Switch Transport Wagon (m/f/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at the Oberhausen location with nationwide assembly assignments for our construction site logistics.
Your tasks:
- Safe and compliant operation of the switch transport wagons in the logistics unit of the Bahnbau Group
- Careful handling of the provided technology
- Compliance with the general rules of technology, determination of operational safety within the framework of applicable regulations and guidelines
- Detecting and eliminating faults and irregularities as well as carrying out maintenance intervals
- Coordination on the construction site with site managers and logisticians for the timely completion of construction projects
Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training in the commercial-technical field (e.g. construction equipment operator, mechatronics technician, electrician, locksmith, metalworker, track layer) or have experience in the area of responsibility
- High technical understanding, affinity for railways as well as motivation to participate in training and required qualifications
- Training as a brake test authorised person; wagon inspector, shunting assistant as well as basic hazardous goods training (RID / ADR-GGVSEB) is an advantage
- Willingness and flexibility for nationwide assembly assignments, also on weekends and at night. A valid driving licence class B for the use of company vehicles
- The corresponding physical and psychological suitability will be checked by a company doctor as part of the selection process
