HVAC Site Manager for Data Centre (m/f/d)

To support the Data Centre Team in the Zurich region, we are looking for you as our HVAC Site Manager for Data Centre (m/f/d). Your place of employment will be our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon. In this role, you will actively supervise our various Data Centre projects on site.

Tasks

What tasks await you as HVAC Site Manager for Data Centre (m/f/d)?

• You ensure that all planning documents are complete and submitted on time, and report deviations or delays early
• You plan and coordinate the work preparation, create construction schedules and lead the contractors on site purposefully
• You coordinate and control all HVAC trades and ensure compliance with quality, deadlines, environmental and safety requirements
• You organise and accompany technical acceptances and inspections and ensure complete project documentation until completion
• You ensure all necessary permits and preparatory work before construction starts and accompany workshop inspections as well as the commissioning of the HVAC systems

Requirements

What requirements do you bring as HVAC Site Manager for Data Centre (m/f/d)?

• Completed practical training in the HVAC field
• Experience as an HVAC assembly manager on larger construction sites or experience as a site manager in the execution of building technology projects
• Team-oriented, cooperative personality, able to take responsibility
• Ability to implement high project quality without neglecting deadlines and costs
• Familiar with the general contractor environment
• Very good German and good English skills
