Project Manager at the SUPEA Directorate
For the Directorate of the University Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Service (SUPEA), we are looking for a project manager at an 80% activity rate, on a fixed-term contract, to meet the many challenges in project management and indicator monitoring within the service.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The University Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Service (SUPEA) plays a central reference role in psychiatric treatments for children and adolescents in the canton of Vaud.
Mission
As a project manager at the service's directorate, your main responsibility will be to lead projects supporting the management. You will also be expected to develop and enhance tools for monitoring hospital and outpatient indicators in close collaboration with SUPEA units and the Department of Psychiatry's management control.
Main activities:
- Support the service management in monitoring and managing SUPEA projects
- Develop monitoring tools for indicators identified by the service management
- Conduct process analysis within the service to optimise them
- Lead and develop projects promoting the participation of young people and relatives in the co-construction of the Service.
Profile
- You hold a qualification in project management
- You have proven experience in a similar role (project management), ideally in the healthcare sector
- You are recognised for your strong analytical skills, initiative, and rigour
- You have a strong service orientation, good listening skills, and excellent communication abilities
- You are dynamic, autonomous, and able to integrate quickly into a complex structure
- You demonstrate autonomy.
Depending on your profile, the salary will be between class 9 and class 11.
