You are right in the middle of everyday nursing and accompany experienced professionals in their daily work – thus deepening your specialist knowledge and practical skills step by step.
In doing so, you actively contribute to the care and support of our patients.
What you have already learned, you increasingly implement independently – especially in individual elements of the nursing process.
What you need to be successful
- You are in the middle of the three-year Bachelor of Nursing FH programme and already bring solid knowledge as well as curiosity and commitment
- The well-being of patients is close to your heart – you treat people with respect, mindfulness, and appreciation
- Reliable, conscientious, and responsible: this is how you shape your work in everyday nursing
- You are enthusiastic and convinced, enjoy working in a team, and remain focused and resilient even in demanding situations
- Learning new skills and applying them directly in practice motivates you – because you want to continuously develop and actively shape your role
