Department:DSDCEntity:Information Technology Service of the Neuchâtel Entity (SIEN)They define the IT strategy with their partners, study the needs, propose overall IT concepts, and provide a range of services for all Neuchâtel public authorities.
Activities:You are responsible for the taxation sector of SIEN and manage your team. In this capacity, you define objectives and mobilise team members to achieve them. You support your team in their activities and promote collaboration and accountability. Furthermore, you maintain the relationship with the Tax Service (SCCO) and participate with them in key decisions regarding IT solutions in the tax domain. You help define priorities and ensure regular communication about SIEN’s activities, projects, and commitments. As guarantor of the team’s delivery capacity in this area, you arbitrate resource allocation and operational priorities, taking into account available capacities and agreed commitments. You oversee your sector’s activities and ensure the quality of services and continuity of service. Finally, you contribute to addressing cross-cutting issues on the SIEN side, in collaboration with other sectors and external partners. You contribute to the centre’s orientations and support organisational transformations and continuous improvement of practices.Desired profile:Holder of a higher education degree in IT (University of Applied Sciences, EPFL, university or equivalent qualification), you have proven experience in team management in an IT environment, as well as confirmed practice in client relationship management and leading complex projects. You have management training or are willing to acquire it. Knowledge of the tax domain is an asset. You have the ability to unite a team, define objectives, and support skills development. Your listening skills, interpersonal ease, and communication abilities allow you to clarify expectations, encourage consultation, and maintain quality relationships with your contacts.
