- Creation and management of employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documents
- Support of the entire onboarding and offboarding process
- Management and maintenance of employee master data and personnel files
- Processing of accident and illness reports as well as control of medical certificates; support of
- Control and maintenance of time management
- Contact person for supervisors, employees, and management in the areas of labor law,
- Participation in the optimization and integration of HR processes
- As a vocational trainer, you will accompany KV trainees and support their development Your profile:
- Completed commercial training as well as further education in the field of Human Resources Management
- Vocational trainer course is an advantage
- Independent, reliable, and precise working style, combined with a quick grasp of concepts
- Independent work as well as a high degree of teamwork
- Empathetic, flexible, and solution-oriented personality
- Very good MS Office skills; solid Abacus knowledge is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration; experience in payroll and with social and
