Chief Financial Officer

For our client, an international industrial company with a local presence and a world leader in its field, we are looking for a CFO / Financial Director for the Swiss entity.

Immediate start preferred for someone not going on holiday and tired of DIY at home, but waiting for a person serving notice is also possible.

Reporting to management and as a member of the executive committee, you will be responsible for:

- Managing all Swiss finance from a strategic and operational perspective: overseeing accounting processes, VAT, financial statements and account closures
- Managing industrial controlling including budgets of various factories, forecasting, cost calculation...
- Optimising processes, improving existing systems and innovating
- Managing financial flows
- Participating in investment projects with management
- Supervising a small direct team as well as transversal departments for a total of about ten employees

We are looking for someone with:
- Finance / controlling expertise or equivalent
- 8 to 10 years of proven experience in a similar role in an industrial environment and ideally in a local structure within a group
- German C1, English B2+ mandatory
- Proficiency in an ERP such as SAP, Business Central etc
- Package to be discussed according to the candidate's experience
