A family business founded in 1985, we are one of the largest painting, plastering, and insulation groups in French-speaking Switzerland with over 160 employees and 5 companies.

We are currently looking for a Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team at Posse Peinture Renens SA.

A true key link between our depots, sites, employees, and suppliers, you ensure the proper management of our stocks and equipment.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and supplying the painting and plastering depots
• Preparing the equipment and orders needed by employees
• Carrying out deliveries and clearances on various sites
• Receiving goods and organising their storage
• Managing returns of equipment and goods
• Ensuring order, maintenance, and optimisation of storage spaces
• Managing and monitoring machines and their condition
• Checking, cleaning, and arranging repairs of equipment if necessary
• Monitoring the vehicle fleet and managing routine services and issues
• Organising waste disposal
• Participating in inventories and ensuring regular stock follow-up
• Contributing to improving our methods and procedures to facilitate everyone’s work

Your profile

• Federal VET diploma, training or federal certificate in logistics or equivalent qualification
• Driving licence essential
• Proven experience in plastering and painting is a real asset
• Good mastery of trade-related techniques
• Fluent French, both spoken and written
• Other languages are welcome
• Good presentation and manners complete your profile
