Responsibilities

• Management and further development of electronics manufacturing (10-15 employees)
• Ensuring efficient, quality and timely production
• Introduction and optimisation of products, processes and test concepts
• Ensuring process stability, ESD protection and area standards
• Promoting a high-performance, self-responsible team culture

Requirements

• Technical basic training with university of applied sciences degree in electrical engineering/electronics
• Several years of experience in electronics manufacturing, process optimisation and industrialisation
• Practical experience in NPI projects and close collaboration with development
• Structured, analytical and proactive working style
• Leadership skills with a focus on coaching and employee development
• Very good German skills, English advantageous
