• Checking export customs documents for completeness and accuracy
• Preparing the legally required export and transit documents
• Monitoring the transit deadlines of shipping procedures
• Receiving and processing customer service enquiries specific to customs
• Administrative customs-related tasks
• Support within the export department

• Completed further training as a customs declarant is an advantage
• At least three years of professional experience in customs within a freight forwarding company
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English is an advantage
• Accurate and efficient working style
