For our mountain restaurant at 1932 m above sea level, we are looking for a flexible, creative, and above all team-oriented assistant cook who enjoys the profession!
We offer our guests a typical "Hüttenchuchi" with fresh and homemade recipes. We are a modern workplace with a new kitchen and a digital ordering system.
Tasks:- Responsibility for your own kitchen station including mise en place, production, and cleanliness.
- Preparation and presentation of dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Guidance and support of commis, interns, and temporary staff.
- Ensuring a smooth workflow during service.
- Compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
- Checking goods, reporting ordering needs, and careful handling of food.
- Contributing to optimizations and further development of the station.
