XrVAP is a company specialised in innovative solutions dedicated to improving housing and well-being. For over 23 years, we have supported our clients through our expertise, the quality of our products, and a recognised service.
Today, XrVAP continues its development with a network of 9 agencies spread across Switzerland, France, Guadeloupe, and Réunion. Our locations notably include Geneva, Lausanne, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Belfort, as well as several other rapidly growing agencies.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a versatile, organised, and committed Administrative Assistant to strengthen our administrative headquarters in Perly.
At the heart of the company, you will play an essential role in the smooth administrative operation and actively contribute to the coordination of our various agencies.
Your responsibilities
- Handle telephone reception and email processing.
- Manage routine administrative tasks.
- Follow up on client and supplier files.
- Prepare, write, and format administrative documents.
- Organise diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Carry out filing and archiving of documents.
- Provide administrative support to different departments.
- Participate in the general organisation of the office and the smooth administrative functioning of the company.
Your profile
- Administrative, commercial, or accounting training (CFC or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and Gmail.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Autonomous, rigorous, versatile, and discreet individual.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Neat appearance and a service-oriented attitude.
