Make your mark for patients
We are looking for an autonomous, rigorous and quality-oriented Pharmaceutical Production Technician to join our Pharma DP team, based at our Bulle site in Switzerland.
About the role
As a Pharmaceutical Production Technician, you independently carry out various manufacturing operations in compliance with quality requirements (cGMP), safety, environmental standards, deadlines and costs. You contribute to the performance of production activities by ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, documentary compliance and adherence to procedures. You also participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the maintenance of the highest quality and safety standards.
Who you will work with
You will join the Pharma DP team at the UCB Bulle site and collaborate daily with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, HSE and Technical Support teams. You will contribute to manufacturing activities, quality investigations, equipment qualifications as well as continuous improvement projects to ensure reliable, compliant and efficient production.
Your main responsibilities
- Carry out production operations in accordance with cGMP procedures.
- Prepare, verify and document manufacturing activities.
- Use, clean and maintain production equipment.
- Identify and resolve anomalies while ensuring compliance.
- Participate in qualifications and continuous improvement projects.
- Apply and promote Quality, HSE and GMP requirements.
What we are looking for
- Technical CFC or equivalent training in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) or ISO standards.
- Experience with pharmaceutical or industrial production equipment.
- Good command of French, both spoken and written.
- Autonomy, rigour, team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in coating or professional understanding required.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends. 3x8.
