Your tasks
- Supporting and caring for people with mental illnesses in different phases of life – focusing on recovery, self-determination, and resource orientation
- Planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating interventions according to the nursing process
- Assessing complex clinical situations and deriving evidence-based nursing measures
- Building a professional and empathetic relationship with patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with various professional groups
- Attending theoretical lessons at the Higher Technical School ZAG in Winterthur
Your profile
- Completion of an EFZ apprenticeship, specialised middle school, or Matura
- Interest in psychiatry, psychology, and social work
- Enjoyment of working with people
- Empathy, sense of responsibility, and ability to reflect
- Mental resilience and strong communication skills
