We are seeking an innovative and team-oriented CAM programmer to join the existing team. Using Master CAM, you programme the demanding parts and optimise machining processes, and contract manufacturing is in your blood?
You take responsibility for training apprentices in their 3rd/4th year and support the department head in his tasks. Are you keen to take the lead with your expertise and empathy?

Your main tasks include:

• Together with the department head, act as the contact person for internal and external orders
• Programming and optimisation of CAM programmes according to customer requirements and manufacturing specifications
• Definition and selection of suitable tools, clamping devices and machining strategies to ensure an efficient production process
• Monitoring manufacturing processes, analysing errors and adjusting programmes to ensure optimal machining results, more efficient machining times and improved quality
• Training apprentices in their 3rd and 4th year
• Assisting on productive machines during bottlenecks.

• You have completed training as a polymechanic EFZ and are skilled in setting up and programming CNC-controlled 5-axis milling machines with Heidenhain control
• You have good knowledge of CAM programming
• You can apply your experience in large-part machining and contract manufacturing daily
• Your initiative as well as your careful and precise working style underline your leader mentality

• Do you perhaps even have further training in manufacturing or process optimisation?
