Here is what you will do
- Support project managers, AVOR, material management, and reporting
- Lead a flat roof group including role model function
- Perform all flat roof work (bituminous, plastic waterproofing, terrace coverings, and liquid plastic)
- Quality control and assurance, compliance with specifications and SIA standards
These are your skills and strengths
- Professional certificate in the flat roof area, possibly group or site manager training or several years of experience in flat roof with group leader function
- An independent, resilient personality with strong communication skills
- Quality-conscious, flexible, team player, and enjoys motivating and leading people
- Driver's license category B
- Good spoken German skills
