Butcher in Oensingen (m/f/d)
Job Description
Depending on your skills and wishes, you will actively work in one of the departments and demonstrate your butchery skills there. Possible departments include portioning, self-service production, or the cutting department.In all departments, you ensure compliance with high-quality standards, hygiene regulations, as well as cutting specifications and traceability.
You will perform further tasks within your butchery competencies on behalf of the person responsible for management.
We expect
- Completed training as a butcher, meat specialist, cook, or similar
- Willingness to work shifts (2-shift operation, depending on the department)
- You are also motivated to quickly familiarise yourself with a new area of responsibility and get to know the environment in a large company
- German or French language skills are mandatory
