The Communication Responsible ensures the visibility and promotion of the Knowledge and Technology Transfer Service’s activities, projects, and events. This role involves strategic planning, content creation, event organization, and coordination of communication initiatives across digital and physical channels, in alignment with the university’s communication guidelines.
Communication Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement the communication plan
Adapt key messages for different audiences and monitor impact
Digital Communication & Web Presence
Manage website and newsletters; ensure content is up-to-date
Oversee social media and create multimedia content
Event Organization & Communication
Plan and coordinate events, including logistics and partners
Promote events and handle post-event follow-up
Communication Materials
Draft and translate texts; oversee design of brochures and visuals
Maintain templates and digital communication assets
Internal & External Liaison
Serve as main contact for communication-related inquiries
Coordinate with university services and support strategic documents
Exigences
Degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or scientific background with relevant experience
Proven experience in digital communication and event organization.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English; good command of German and/or French
Familiarity with CMS, social media management, and analytics tools
Design skills (for example Canva, Adobe Suite) and basic video/photo editing
Strong organizational skills, creativity, and ability to work independently
